The deets

The (not so) fine print.

  • All memberships are a monthly recurring charge, with a 3-month commitment.
  • Monthly billing occurs on the same date as account activation.
  • Unused membership sessions roll over to the next month while your membership stays active.
  • Once a membership is canceled, remaining sessions stay usable for one month past the last active month.
  • Membership changes (cancel, upgrade, downgrade) need 15 days' notice before your billing date — email sweat@myhothaven.com.
  • Packages can be used with both infrared sauna and lymphatic cleanse. Pack sessions expire 1 year from purchase.
  • 24-hour cancellation policy on all bookings.
