What's the difference between the wrap and the cabin?
The wrap is a cocoon-style, lie-down session with far-infrared heat wrapped snug from shoulders to toes — it's our most popular option and the deepest sweat we offer. The cabin is a sit-up Sunlighten mPulse room with all three infrared wavelengths (near, mid, and far), room to stretch out, and it's the only session built for two. Same price, same 55 minutes — pick whichever sounds better today.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, in the cabin only — it's the one room built for two. Bring a friend for +$25 and share the hour.
What should I wear or bring?
Nothing — we provide everything: a long-sleeve shirt, sweatpants, socks, towels, and water. Just show up in comfortable clothes to change out of, and arrive about 10 minutes early on your first visit.
How long is a session, and what does it cost?
Both the wrap and the cabin run about 55 minutes for $59. Session packs (5–30 sessions) and memberships lower the per-session price — see our Prices page for current options. We're HSA/FSA eligible.
Is the session private?
Always your own room. The wrap suite is always solo; the cabin is solo unless you bring a friend for +$25.
Can I pair infrared with lymphatic compression in the same visit?
Yes — that's our signature Haven Ritual. Start with lymphatic compression to get everything moving, then finish in the wrap or cabin: move it out, then sweat it out. It's booked as two back-to-back sessions — let us know when you book and we'll set both up.
