Lymphatic compression · San Diego

Lymphatic Compression in San Diego.

Lymphatic compression is a hands-free recovery session: you relax in a full-body garment that gently inflates and releases in rhythmic waves, section by section, while you rest. At HOT HAVEN in downtown San Diego, it runs about 55 minutes in your own private suite — a calm, no-effort way to slow down and decompress.

If you've been searching for lymphatic drainage in San Diego, here's a calmer, hands-free take on it. Instead of a manual massage, you lie back in a comfortable full-body garment that applies gentle, rhythmic pressure on its own while you simply rest — the easy button for a day when your legs feel heavy, you've trained hard, or you just need an hour that asks nothing of you.

What it is — and isn't

No hands. No oils. Just waves.

The equipment

Lymphatic compression (sometimes called pneumatic compression, pressotherapy, or — on our menu — the Lymphatic Cleanse) is different from a manual lymphatic-drainage massage. There are no hands and no oils — instead, a full-body compression garment does the work for you. You'll wear sleeves on your legs, a wrap around your torso, and sleeves on your arms, all connected to a device that fills with air and releases in smooth, moving waves from your feet upward. It's completely hands-free, so all you do is lie back.

The session

A slow, even squeeze — easy to relax into.

We get you settled in your own private suite and into the garment, then start your 55-minute session. The pressure is gentle and rhythmic — many guests tell us it feels like a slow, even squeeze that's easy to relax into, and a lot of people drift off. Watch a show, listen to music, or close your eyes; it's your hour. When you're done, you're welcome to linger in our Zen Den with water and a light snack before heading back out.

The signature

Move it out, then sweat it out.

Lymphatic compression is also the first half of our signature ritual. Start with compression to get everything moving, then melt into an infrared sauna or wrap. It's booked as two back-to-back sessions — ask us and we'll set both up for one visit.

Two appointments, one visit.

Questions, answered

Before you book.

Is lymphatic compression the same as a lymphatic drainage massage?

Not quite. A drainage massage is done by hand. Lymphatic compression is hands-free: you relax in a full-body garment that inflates and releases in gentle, rhythmic waves on its own. There's no massage therapist and nothing for you to do — just lie back for about 55 minutes. Many people find it an easier, more consistent way to unwind.

What does a session feel like?

Most guests describe it as a slow, even squeeze that's easy to settle into — gentle, not intense. You're lying down in your own private suite the whole time, so you can watch something, listen to music, or close your eyes. Plenty of people drift off. It's meant to feel like the calmest hour of your week.

How long is a session, and what does it cost?

A single session is about 55 minutes for $59. Session packs (5–30 sessions) and memberships lower the per-session price — see our Prices page for current options. We're HSA/FSA eligible, and you can book online in under a minute.

What should I wear or bring?

Just show up in comfortable clothes — we give you an outfit to change into for your session, so there's nothing you need to bring. Arrive about 10 minutes early on your first visit so we can show you around, and it helps to be hydrated before and after.

Is the session private?

Always. Every lymphatic compression session is in your own private suite — just you and your space, no shared rooms.

Can I do it with an infrared sauna in the same visit?

Yes — that's our signature ritual. Start with lymphatic compression to get everything moving, then finish in an infrared sauna or wrap: move it out, then sweat it out. It's booked as two back-to-back sessions — let us know when you book and we'll set both up.
