Part 1

The HOT HAVEN essentials.

What do you do at HOT HAVEN?

Two signature sessions. Infrared — far-infrared heat, 55 minutes, a deep and steady sweat in your own private room or cabin. Lymphatic Cleanse — a full-body compression massage using gentle, rhythmic air pressure. Most people book one or the other; some do both, back-to-back, as the Haven Ritual.

Do you offer lymphatic drainage?

Yes — our Lymphatic Cleanse is a machine-based lymphatic drainage session, also called pressotherapy. A full-body compression suit inflates and releases in gentle, rhythmic waves for 55 minutes. Same session, three names.

Why should I sweat?

Because it feels good, honestly. It's a reason to put the phone down for an hour, get warm, get quiet, and let your body do the one thing it's built to do under heat. People tell us they leave calmer than they came in — we'll let you find out for yourself.

How is infrared different from a traditional sauna?

A traditional sauna heats the air around you. Infrared heat works directly on the body, so the room stays milder while you still sweat — that's why it can feel more comfortable to sit in for a full 55 minutes.

What is infrared?

It's a wavelength of light just outside what your eyes can see — you can't look at it, but you can feel it as heat on your skin. It's the same kind of warmth you feel from direct sunlight. Curious about the research? See our sources →

How do I book?

Book online, or call (619) 255-0907. We ask for a card to hold your slot — it's not charged unless you no-show or cancel late (see our 24-hour policy below).

Part 2

The HOT HAVEN experience.

How long is a session?

55 minutes, all yours. Arrive 10–15 minutes early. Afterward, stay and relax in the Zen Den as long as you like.

Is my session private?

Always. Every session is in your own private room — just you (or you and your plus-one in the cabin), never a shared space.

Can I bring a friend?

In the infrared cabin, yes — it fits two, and a friend is +$25. The wrap and lymphatic sessions are built for one.

How old do you have to be?

18 and up, unless accompanied by a parent.

Who shouldn't sweat with us?

Please skip your session (or check with us first) if you're pregnant or think you might be, have a pacemaker, take blood thinners or have a bleeding disorder, are dehydrated, have eaten a large meal in the last hour, or sweated heavily in the last 10 hours. Under 18s need a parent present.

Can I sweat with silicone implants?

Yes. Silicone's melting point is around 200°F; our rooms never exceed 150°F.

How often should I sweat?

Whatever fits your routine. Most regulars come 1–3 times a week.

How will I feel during the session?

The first 10–15 minutes feel like a warm bed. Around 30 minutes your heart rate picks up a little. In the last stretch you'll really feel the heat — that's when we bring a cool towel for your forehead. You can always slip an arm out to cool down if you need to.

What if I had a lot to drink last night?

We'll need to reschedule if you've been intoxicated within 24 hours of your appointment. Please skip alcohol before your session.

How do I get the most bang for my buck?

Session packs and memberships bring the per-visit price down well below the single rate — see full pricing for current options.

How do you clean the saunas?

Every bed is cleaned and reset between sessions with a non-toxic cleaner, and lined with fresh disposable sheets for each guest — nothing is reused.

Why do people get a lymphatic cleanse?

Mostly to slow down and feel lighter. The session uses gentle, rhythmic compression — a full-body suit that inflates and releases in sequence. It's not a medical treatment; it's 55 minutes of pressure, release, and stillness that a lot of our regulars build into their week. If you're managing a medical condition, talk to your doctor about whether it's right for you.

Part 3

Preparing for your Haven.

What do I wear?

Comfortable, casual clothes that cover your skin — light cotton, sweatpants, socks. We provide clothing if you'd rather not use your own. In the cabin, clothing is optional since it's fully private. Bring a change of clothes; you'll be drenched after.

Should I eat before my session?

A light meal 40–60 minutes beforehand is ideal — not on an empty stomach, not right after a big meal. Come hydrated and keep drinking water before, during, and after.

Do you provide water and towels?

Yes, both are included.

What do I do after?

Whatever suits your day. Some guests sweat and go; others stay in the Zen Den with tea and oranges.

Can I shower after?

We recommend waiting about 2 hours — your body keeps cooling and sweating for a while after your session ends, so showering right away just means doing it twice.

Part 4

Appointments & policies.

How much is a single session?

Your first session is $50, any service. After that, singles are $59, or save per-visit with a pack of 5, 10, 20, or 30 sessions — see full pricing.

Are sessions HSA/FSA eligible?

Yes — sessions are HSA/FSA eligible. Bring your card and we'll take it from there.

We accept all major credit cards — Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please note we are paper-free and do not accept cash or personal checks.

In order to receive a full refund, all sessions must be either rescheduled or canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment time. What if I want to cancel or adjust my membership?

All membership adjustments, such as canceling or downgrading, must be done 15 days before your monthly billing cycle. Please email us at sweat@myhothaven.com. Note that when memberships are cancelled, membership benefits no longer apply; if you have unused sessions on your account, you will have one month from the final active billing date to use all remaining sessions.
